Fitness Challenge

This blog is aimed at capturing Satya's progress in getting fit. Hopefully, it will give him and others reading this blog the motivation to get fit. On his 27th birthday - 22nd May 2009 - I challenged Satya to get fit by shedding a few kilos by starting a regular exercise program and watching his diet. As of today, his weight is 167 lb (75.9kg). The goal is for him to reach a goal of 153 lb (69.5 kg) by August 1st 2009.
